Dipped CHIPS AHOY! Ice Cream Sandwiches
Looking for an easy dessert recipe for your kids' party? These no bake chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches will be a hit! Customize with your favorite sprinkles.
Ingredient list
- ¾ cup cookie dough ice cream
- 12 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies
- 2 oz. (1/2 of 4-oz. pkg.) semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
- 1 Tbsp. multi-colored sprinkles
Directions
Spread 2 Tbsp. ice cream onto flat side of each of 6 cookies. Cover with remaining cookies to make 6 sandwiches.
Dip sandwiches, 1 at a time, partially into melted chocolate; shake gently to remove excess chocolate. Top chocolate with sprinkles.
Freeze 1 to 2 hours.
