Makes 36 servings, 2 Tbsp. dip and 3 cookies each.
Chop 1 cookie; reserve for later use. Coarsely break 8 additional cookies.
Mix cream cheese and marshmallow creme in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and broken cookies.
Spread onto bottom of shallow dish or 9-inch pie plate.
Top with pretzels and reserved chopped cookie. Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Serve with additional cookies.
