RITZ Crab Cake Toppers
Using purchased mini crab cakes, you can have these amazing appetizers ready in no time. The bite sized crab cakes are served on a broccoli slaw topped cracker.
Ingredient list
- 6 frozen mini crab cakes (1/2 oz. each)
- ¼ cup broccoli slaw
- 1 tsp. mayonnaise
- 6 RITZ Crackers
- 1 Tbsp. whole berry cranberry sauce
Directions
Heat crab cakes as directed on package.
Meanwhile, combine broccoli slaw and mayonnaise.
Top crackers with slaw mixture, crab cakes and cranberry sauce.
